Veterinary coverage in Morocco: what clinics actually advertise
We catalogued 71 veterinary clinics across Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech. Not one advertises care for exotic animals, birds or reptiles.
The finding
Of 71 clinics, 0 advertise care for exotic pets, birds or reptiles. That holds even though one of the four searches was explicitly for "vétérinaire NAC exotique" and returned 17 results.
Specialisation does exist: 24 clinics advertise emergency care, 5 imaging, 2 cardiology. So it is not that Moroccan clinics do not specialise. It is that nobody positions on exotics.
Important: this records what a clinic ADVERTISES on its listing, not what it is able to treat. A vet may well see a rabbit without saying so.

Method and limits
Captured on 2026-07-21 from Google Places listings, via four searches: clinique veterinaire (Casablanca); veterinaire (Rabat); veterinaire (Marrakech); veterinaire NAC exotique (Casablanca).
- 82 listings returned, 71 unique clinics: the exotic-targeted search re-surfaced 11 clinics already captured.
- One day, one source, three cities. This is not a census of Moroccan vets.
- We republish neither phone numbers nor addresses: each name links to the original Google listing.
